Coppola Camera in Black

Francis Ford Coppola’s obsession with cameras and photographic documentation is well known. On the set of Apocalypse Now he routinely carried a camera with him as a diary tool. He also employed former Vietnam War combat photographer Chas Gerretsen to shoot production stills while Coppola’s wife Eleanor also documented the production and cast on camera.
